The related processes are field of expertise of NLhave, either as an interim manager, transaction advisor or negotiator, valuer or mediator in case of a dispute. Thorough knowledge of spatial processes and the market are required in these roles. We combine this knowledge of the spatial economy with a special focus on ports and logistics.
Customers of NLhave can be either public or private bodies. We understand their individual goals and cultures. An assignment is typically for either a public or a private body. As an independent mediator or valuer we can work for both parties within the same (co)assignment.

About NLhave
Our focus are the processes related to land, sites and buildings and we focus especially on ports, economic zones and related commercial use. The word ‘have’ comes from ‘have en goed’ meaning ‘everything you own’. Spatial economy in the Netherlands is complex because the scarcity of land. Our Dutch roots are stressed by adding NL in front of our name. Dutch spatial thinking is relevant when space matters.
